Some of our providers are based outside the UK and EEA. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK / EU Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we need to keep it for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons.

To exercise these rights, contact us at support@plantry.pro. We will respond within one month.

7. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews of our security practices.
