We want you to love Plantry. If you're not satisfied with your Premium subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used to subscribe — Paddle will email you a secure link to manage your purchase and request a refund.
  • Or email us at support@plantry.pro and we'll help you arrange the refund with Paddle.

Cancellations and renewals

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. After cancellation, your Premium access continues until the end of the current paid period. We do not auto-charge after a cancellation.

What's covered

The 30-day guarantee applies to your initial purchase of a Premium subscription. For renewals, payments more than 30 days old, or other situations, refunds are still considered on a fair, case-by-case basis under Paddle's Refund Policy. Contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
